Adposition Phrases (PPs) can also be used as appositives.

The term apposition with reference to PPs is normally used when the appositive phrase directly follows the nominal argument of which it is predicated, as in the following example:

Dät Wucht, in dien Oaler, is aiske fluch.
the girl, in your age, is very pretty
The girl, your age, is very pretty.

A PP used as an appositive to a NP can generally be used in case the PP can also be predicated of that NP by means of a copula.
